Collaborations

Working Together
Regensa Impact exists to work with principals — not instead of them — structuring collaborations that help promising initiatives climb the Opportunity Readiness Ladder toward investability and durable commercial life.
REGENERATIVE ALIGNMENTS
Stronger Together, Further Together
Each collaboration brings complementary expertise, networks, and resources that extend our reach and deepen our impact. These are not transactional relationships; they are strategic alignments built on shared values and a common vision for the regenerative future.

UNR | University of Nevada, Reno & Thriving Roots
Supporting Nevada's small farmers as they face harsh growing conditions and economic volatility.
This collaboration anchors a Small Farm Innovation Program in the Great Basin, advancing the use of hoop houses, greenhouses, cold storage, agrivoltaics, automation—and even data‑center waste‑heat greenhouses—supporting Nevada's small farms to stay viable in a fast‑warming, high‑desert climate. It also aims to strengthen regional food security and create models that can be replicated in other regions.

BioCharPlus.bio
From regional waste streams to regenerative carbon infrastructure
BioCharPlus.bio is being developed as a regionally replicable hub‑and‑spoke platform (starting in Oregon's Tillamook Valley) that integrates dairy effluent, regional forestry residues, and coastal seafood by‑products into high‑value biochar products, nutrient‑enriched soil amendments, and carbon‑removal credits.

Agri4ge™, SmallAg™ & Early Bird Farm & Mill
Structured rural sovereignty for independent and midsize farms
SmallAg™ began as a structured rescue mission for family farms and, under Agri4ge's leadership, is evolving into a license‑based system that can also stabilize midsize operations. Early Bird Farm & Mill is the inaugural SmallAg licensee and first visible step in Agri4ge's broader quest to reclaim regional rural food sovereignty by turning independent producers from price‑takers into value‑creating anchors in their own regional food systems.
