The Team

Orchestrators of Opportunity Readiness
Liz Lamond and Vic Lang are Regensa Impact's co‑founders, working as a single, symbiotic unit, blending transformational business design with solution‑first, constructive discovery.
Who We Are
Regensa Impact is led by two people with one mission: turning complex, stalled dynamics into clear, investable progress for the food system, working lands, and overlooked property assets.
In practical terms, we step in as co-developers. We work with a small number of opportunities at a time, staying from early diagnosis through to capital structuring so they can carry their own weight, return value to the regions they serve, and replenish early support instead of simply consuming it.
Rather than building a large firm, we focus on assembling the right people, at the right stage, around the right work. Liz Lamond and Vic Lang anchor that effort — and the CoHeros network and other specialists extend it where needed.
Co-Founder & Integrative Lead
Liz Lamond
Liz specializes in transforming business challenges into growth opportunities with strategies that boost profitability, stabilize cash flow, and enhance long-term financial resilience. She anchors Regensa's integrative work, translating complex frameworks into concrete programs and partner experiences.
Her work spans the full arc of an opportunity — from the first diagnostic conversation through to the structured programs that carry partners across the Valley of Death. Liz ensures that every stakeholder — funders, operators, field teams, and community anchors — moves as one coherent system rather than a collection of competing agendas.
Where complexity threatens to stall progress, Liz builds the connective tissue that holds it together: clear communication, aligned incentives, and the disciplined follow-through that turns promising frameworks into lived results.
What Liz Brings
Integrative systems thinking across partner, operator, and funder relationships
Financial strategy that stabilises cash flow and builds long-term resilience
Program design that translates complex frameworks into concrete partner experiences
Stakeholder alignment that keeps diverse coalitions moving as one system
Co-Founder & Opportunity Development Lead
Vic Lang
Vic leads Regensa's opportunity development work, bringing five decades of experience turning messy, readiness-challenged ideas into clear, investable structures. He designs and navigates the critical pathways that align risk with reality and match opportunities with the capital and partners they are structurally ready to carry.
His career has been defined by a single recurring challenge: stepping into situations where the potential is evident but the path forward is obscured — by complexity, by misaligned incentives, by capital that cannot yet see what the opportunity could become — and building the scaffolding that lets it cross the gap from promising to proven.
Vic's diagnostic instinct — honed across agriculture, land development, and impact finance — is the engine behind Regensa's Archer's Target™ framework and the Opportunity Readiness Ladder that guides every engagement from Discovery through to full investability.
What Vic Brings
Five decades of pattern recognition across agriculture, land, and impact capital
Diagnostic frameworks that turn messy situations into investable structures
The Archer's Target system — from Imaginary Discovery to Meaningful
Capital pathway design that sequences concessional, catalytic, and commercial finance
Two Partners. One Mission.
Meaningful Made Investable!
Beyond Liz and Vic
Regensa works lean by design. Where specialized expertise is needed — creative, technical, or professional — Liz and Vic draw on the CoHeros network and, where the work demands it, purpose-matched specialists are brought in specifically for the task. The right people, at the right stage, for the right work.
Through this wider fabric of Creative, Technical, and Professional collaborators, each opportunity gets a tailored team rather than a generic bench — from soil science and supply-chain design to legal, finance, and community engagement.
How We Work Together
Compensation: Built on Shared Value
Regensa Impact Corp. is not fee-for-service-based — instead, our structure centers on value. Our work is accomplishment-driven, not transactional. We often begin long before ideas take form or value can be assessed.
We recognize that creative and strategic work is difficult to price before outcomes can be quantified. At times, we may seek assurances that the work we're setting in motion is recognized and that there's a financial signal of that commitment.
Specialized Engagement
Constructive Discovery
Beyond our core regional activations, we occasionally apply our Constructive Discovery methodology to assist the Financial Community, Supply Chain partners, or Agriculture stakeholders in navigating complex alignment challenges. This process focuses on de-risking initiatives and bridging the gap between traditional due diligence and viable, sovereign execution.
For these specialised advisory or project-specific needs, compensation is structured to match the engagement — custom-quoted, project-based, outcome-focused, and resource-efficient.
You've seen the vision. Now let's start a real conversation.
